At Conzuri, we want you to stand tall and confident in your new footwear. If you aren't 100% satisfied with your height-increasing shoes, we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and size exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place your unworn shoes back in their original Conzuri packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
